Dr. Jason Bramstedt graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He currently provides chiropractic services at LSCHC's Superior, WI location. Jason has over twenty-six years of Chiropractic experience and truly appreciates each patient as the individual that they are. He holds pride in providing personalized, evidence-based care to all of his patients.
Dr. Kara McGillivray is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic dedicated to delivering evidence based, patient-centered care. She earned both her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical assessment, rehabilitative therapy, and holistic health practices.
Dr. McGillivray also holds advanced post-graduate certification in spinal trauma through the International Chiropractic Association, equipping her with specialized expertise in the evaluation and management of complex spinal injuries. She is committed to helping patients achieve long-term wellness by combining clinical excellence with compassionate, individualized treatment.
For more than twenty-five years, Dr. McGillivray has worked alongside her husband, Dr. Greg McGillivray, designing, opening, and operating four successful private chiropractic practices. Their collaborative approach and dedication to exceptional clinical care have shaped the foundation of their long-standing professional partnership.
In 2020, Dr. McGillivray expanded her expertise into the integrated healthcare space, introducing chiropractic services within LSCHC's multidisciplinary health system. With her extensive clinical background and passion for integrated, patient-focused healthcare, Dr. McGillivray strives to advance the role of chiropractic care within diverse and underserved communities.
Dr. Greg McGillivray joined the team at Lake Superior Community Health Center in 2021 following twenty-five years in private practice with his wife, Dr. Kara McGillivray who started the chiropractic program at Lake Superior Community Health Center the year prior.
Dr. McGillivray graduated from the University of Winnipeg and Northwestern Health Sciences University, Cum Laude. He holds a Spinal Trauma Certification from the International Chiropractic Association. Dr. McGillivray has been recognized twice as one of the 10 best chiropractors by the American Institute of Chiropractors.
He is a strong believer in the value of an integrative health care system, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to produce better health outcomes, and promotes evidence based spinal healthcare in every treatment plan he develops with the patients he serves.
