Insurance Enrollment Assistance

  • Are you enrolled in health insurance through the state? Do you get insurance through a program like Medical Assistance, MNCare, or Badgercare? Changes are coming!

    Starting in April 2023, you may have to renew your coverage. Whether it’s a paper renewal form that needs completing, an online form you have questions about, or paperwork you don’t understand, LSCHC Navigators are here to help you through the process. Our navigators are trained to help you successfully complete renewal forms, answer questions, and help you find other options if you qualify for other coverage.

Land Acknowledgment Statement

We acknowledge that our clinics are located on traditional, ancestral, and contemporary lands of Indigenous people who cared for and called these lands home for generations. Our clinics reside on Ojibwe and Dakota lands, and we recognize that the spirit of the Ojibwe and Dakota permeates these lands.
