By Public Transportation

Take your normal bus to the Holiday Center/Central DTA Station. The West Mainline bus routes 1, 2, and 3 run right on Grand Avenue. There is a bus stop at 44th & Grand Avenue at the front of the Health Center.

Take I-35 South to the 40th Ave. West exit, Exit #253B. Stay straight to go onto W Michigan St. Turn right onto S 40th Ave W. Turn Left onto Grand Ave. End at 4325 Grand Ave.

From the West (Cloquet)
Take I-35 North to the Central Ave exit- Exit 252. Turn left onto N Central Ave. Turn slight right onto Grand Ave. End at 4325 Grand Ave.

From the North (Hermantown)
Go South on the Haines Rd until it becomes N 40th Ave W. Turn Right onto Grand Ave. End at 4325 Grand Ave.

From the South (Superior)
Take US-2 W. US-2 W becomes N 46th Ave W. Turn right onto Grand Ave. End at 4325 Grand Ave.

Parking Info

Parking is available in the parking lot north of the building.

Handicapped parking spaces are in the lot located on the corner of Grand Ave & 44th Ave W. There are also automatic doors into the clinic and an elevator to the clinic's lobby. Dental is on floor 1, Medical is on floor 2.

Drive South on 1-535 S and continue until N 5th St. Take N 5th St. to East 2nd St. Turn right at the 1st cross street onto E 2nd St. Continue on 23rd Ave E. Destination will be on the left.

From the South (Foxboro)
Take WI-35 North to 23rd Ave E in Superior. Continue onto 23rd Ave E. Destination will be on the left.

From the East (Poplar)
Take US-2 West / 53 North and merge onto US-3/US-53 N. Turn left onto 23rd Ave E, destination will be on the left.

From the West (Oliver)
Take WI-105 E to N 56th St in Superior. Take Stinson Ave to the destination.
