Some of the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, performing administrative functions for the CEO and Leadership Team. Duties include maintaining organizational policies and protocols; arranging and coordinating calendars, schedules, and meetings; developing reports; and assisting with meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence as needed. Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following: High School Graduate (or G.E.D.), completion of an accredited secretarial program, one-year office experience and training in Microsoft Office PRO, Word, Access and Excel. The ideal candidate is an experienced Certified Medical Assistant who will perform delegated clinical, clerical, and administrative duties within the supervising physician's scope of practice. Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following: graduate of an accredited medical assistant program, current Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant.
