Behavioral health Consultant
Lake Superior Community Health Center (LSCHC), dedicated to serving the health needs of low income and underserved communities, has an opening for a full-time Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) at our Duluth and Superior sites.  The Consultant will consult and work closely with medical/dental providers and related care team members utilizing an Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) model and as a direct psychotherapist. Required qualifications include: A Masters or higher degree in Social Work or Psychology; a full and unrestricted license as an LICSW or LP in Minnesota and Wisconsin; and one or more years of direct clinical experience in a therapy setting post licensure. 
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of resources in the Greater Duluth-Superior area and experience with information and referral processes
- Experience and training working with trauma therapy utilizing different approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, or Sensorimotor therapy techniques
- Familiarity and experience working in an IBH setting within a multi-disciplinary team
- Case management, ARMHS, mental health outreach, or medical social worker experience

Lake Superior Community Health Center (LSCHC), dedicated to serving the health needs of low income and underserved communities, has a full time opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The LPN works as a leader within the clinical care team to assure quality patient care and to support the goals of LSCHC. Some of the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, monitoring the workflow of unlicensed assistive personnel such as medical assistants, assisting with the acquisition of medications and supplies, assisting with phone calls and triage, providing direct care to patients and assisting health providers with clinical procedures, and coordinating immunizations. Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following: completion of a LPN program from an accredited School of Nursing, current Minnesota and Wisconsin license, current CPR certification or ability to become certified, computer experience, and the ability to provide health care in a sensitive, nonjudgmental manner to personal of all economic levels and cultural backgrounds.
