Appointments can be made by calling the medical, dental or Health Care Access Office directly in Duluth or Superior.
Appointments are available 30 days in advance. We offer same day appointments and encourage walk-ins. We will do our best to see you when you need to be seen, however a follow-up appointment may be required if there are many issues to address.
Please show up for scheduled appointments, and call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. If you show up past your appointed time, you may be asked to re-schedule. This allows us to best meet the needs of all patients.
Services are available by appointment only. We will do our best to respond to urgent dental needs the same day.
Please bring your medical or dental insurance card to your visit and a photo ID.
